SOLD on South Adams!
2625 S. Adams is officially sold! If you have ever read Architectural Digest then you have a pretty good picture of what this Ryan Place beauty is made of!
When Terri West purchased this home in 2015, lets just say the before photos were too unbelievable to post. Terri has made many investments and renovated countless homes in Ryan Place throughout the years, but S. Adams was different. She could have bulldozed this home and rebuilt something similar or bigger, but that was not her vision.
Let’s take it from the top...this corner lot 1924 Craftsman style home was “beyond saving”. At least, that’s what everyone else thought. With an all-star construction team, that Terri has worked with for years, she made her vision a reality!
The front porch was expanded with large wood framed windows that allow light to pour in from floor to ceiling. The original brick columns on the exterior were at some point painted; however that’s not original. Every brick was taken down and re-bricked to its original state.
“This home is basically brand new.”
The garage apartment has a completely separate address designed perfectly for the ghost renter or tenet you never see! With vaulted ceilings, and loft feel Terri was able to commit to the aesthetic throughout the property.
Her imagination pushed limits on possibilities and exceeded anyone’s expectations.
Ryan Place residents are very fortunate and proud to have such an asset so very nested here, living here and transforming our Ryan Place streets into the nostalgic charming neighborhood it once was!
It was a joy to help sell this charmer and to work with such a talented home owner.
